What we collect and why
When you submit the trade enquiry form we receive the details you enter: name, company, country, email, phone (optional) and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry, send pricing and documentation, and, if you become a customer, to manage the account. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
The website itself stores no personal data unless you accept analytics cookies (see the cookie policy). Server logs held by our hosting provider may include your IP address for security and operational purposes (art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients
Form submissions are received through Netlify, Inc. (USA), our hosting and form provider, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If analytics is enabled and accepted, Google Ireland Ltd. processes usage data on our behalf. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing by third parties.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a customer relationship is established, in which case data is kept as required by Danish bookkeeping law (5 years from the end of the financial year).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@natureurn.co. You may complain to Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk.
